May God bless the entire Gibb family for the loss of Maurice and Andy. Andy would have been 49 this year (I was also born in 1958). Maurice, I hope you are in a better place with Andy and also hope that you have found other singers that have passed on so that the two of you can start a "Rock and Roll Heaven". I know that would make you and Andy really happy!!!
i too am sad of their passings. i was 21 when i found that andy was dead. i cried for weeks. so when i got pregnant at 22, i named my baby andrew roy, after andy.

My first concert was Andy Gibb. I was 13, he was just 17, or older I guess. My favorite song of his is starlight From flowing rivers. It is a shame that one cannot find these on cd. the albums on amazon are close to 50.00$ I guess I was just wandering down memory lane and I remebered Andy Gibb. I have both albums still in great condition. But nothing would induce me to sell them. It was really good to see Barry Gibb on American Idol. I wonder, if Andy Gibb's songs are off limits for covers? He had such beautiful songs.
Hi Fool, (Sorry but didn't know your name) Andy was a true gentleman - had the privledge of meeting him and the other Gibbs at Barry's Love & Hope Diabetes tournament in 89 - AWESOME. They were actually genuinely GLAD to meet everyone - not like I need to be nice....they were so welcoming. I got many photos and if I can figure out how to scan and upload - I will gladly share....89 was pre-digital sad to say Kathy
