2 YEARS ON
TRAFALGAR
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I don't know how to do the Polls thing.
I've got the remastered "Best Of...Vol. 2" containing 2 songs from each album. And i was only gonna buy one of those albums since i downloaded quite a few from Amazon. Right now "Trafalgar" seems to be the best out of the three. I downloaded the title track (BTW, does Mo sing lead on that?), "Lion In Winter", and "Walking Back to Waterloo"
And from those songs alone, i gather that album is the best.
Now from "2 Years On" i got only one song, Mo's "Lay It On Me", that is so "Country-Rock".
And from "To Whom....", i downloaded "Paper Mache, Cabbages & Kings" and "Bad, Bad Dreams", which is a strong rocker. I also heard "Sweet Song of Summer", I like the synthesizre (moog?), but the whole ora of the song sounds so dark.

In my opinion Trafalgar is easily the best, it's one of the best produced pop albums there is. If I'm not mistaken 2 Years On was the first album after the split and it shows with some songs sounding like solo efforts. Trafalgar, which followed it, was the last album of the old style Bee Gees and is a classic. To Whom it May Concern, which followed Trafalgar, marks their wilderness period and although it contains the hit Run to Me and the great Alive it is not one of their best. There is even a Trafalgar gold CD although they exchange hands for large amounts of money.

Either Trafalgar or To Whom It May Concern. Personally, I am a bit partial to To Whom It May Concern.
