The Bee Gees Message Board

I am 55 years old and have been a fan of the Bee Gees since the 1960's and actually lived close to Chorlton where they lived for a while. I have loved everything they have done and adore their voices harmonising so beautifully. Their songwriting is incredible, what wonderful talent and they are so professional yet seem to be 'grounded' My son, who is now 36 is a huge fan also and has started introducing his 4 year old daughter to their music!! He plays the music and she dances!
Although I love them all, I always had a 'thing' for Barry when I was younger (still do if truth be told)and always dreamed that we would somehow meet, fall in love and live happily ever after. Oh well, a girl can dream.
Seriously though, they are the best songwriters and singers ever as far as I am concerned and I want to thank them for the many years of pleasure they have given to me and to all other fans. My condolences to all the family in your loss of Maurice.
