I may have answered my own question. I think it's Colin Petersen, their drummer from 1967 to 1969. Can anyone confirm this?

Hi JRizzo and all:

It is Colin Petersen with the other three. He drummed with them I believe until "Cucumber Castle", then departed, amicably (as I have read). I have some films of The Bee Gees singing "Tomorrow, Tomorrow" with Colin Petersen. He is also credited on the single.
