Hi Everyone

Just wanted to let you know about a show touring the UK in 2008 and US sometime next year hopefully.
First a little about me and my brother. In 1986 we were rehersing our act, we were 19 and16 at the time and out father came around and handed us a LP. That moment changed mine and my brothers life forever!
The LP was the best of the Bee Gees, a hits collection from 1970.
After a listen or two we very quickly started to learn the chords and harmonies that would for the next 21 years be our lifes work!
Thanks to the Bee Gees we have managed to become a leading theatre show, playing thousands of events as a Bee Gees tribute band which lead in 1997 to us meeting and performing with the Bee Gees on a london radio station called Heart FM, we sand to love somebody to them and then Barry suggested we all sing it together, the 6 of us, we had at this time recruites someone to sing as Mo.
Basically, we are huge fans first, we are just very lucky to make our living paying respect week in and week out the 3 people who remain legends.
We launch our new theatre tour in January 08 and have a site with video and audio.

Hi Kathy,

Our web prover has been having a few hardware problems which they are trying to resolve so the site was offline for a day or two. Its up now but still a little flakey, but they assure me service should be back to normal soon.

That's great that you guys are paying a tribute to the Gibbs. In Pennsylvania here there is a Musikfest that happens every summer, and there was a group called "The Bee Gees Experience". I didn't get a chance to see them, but I'm sure they did some early stuff.

How about you guys? Do you do stuff like "Don't Wanna Live Inside Myself" or "My World"?

There are some of the early ones we do (off the top of my head so have probably missed a few) but as you can see, we certainly don't skip over the 60's section of their career. In fact, that is probably out favorite section of the show to perform.

Thanks for the great note. Which singer do you play in the band? Great to hear that you perform their early stuff. "My World" is one of their best from the 70s. Are you familiar with "A Kick In The Head Is Worth Eight In The Pants?" I think it's able to be downloaded. There is a great song, "Jesus In Heaven". I can't describe it, you have to hear it. The whole LP is great. Must have been a thrill to meet the group and perform with them as well.

I play some open jams and gigs once in a while, and I perform "Alive", as well as "Marley Purt Drive", and "While I Play". "Livin' In Chicago" is easy too. You capo the second fret and start with a D sustained, then D and G...etc.
